Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar in York, PA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations under the General Manager, ensuring brand standards, health and safety compliance, and solid financial performance.

You will manage scheduling, hiring, training, and vendor relations, handle cash and deposits, resolve guest concerns, support marketing efforts, and mentor a team of Players to deliver fanatical service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Fans and Players.
• Stands/walks 100% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administrative duties, including ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoice management.
• Sources, interviews, and hires candidates, trains Players in their positions, delegates, and provides direction.
• Oversees daily financial responsibilities (cash handling, deposits, comps/voids) as required.
• Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints.
• Oversees cleaning and maintenance to meet health and safety regulations.
