The role emphasizes leadership, guest focus, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant management, including GM experience, and a strong grasp of financials, operations, and people leadership to sustain

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $68,000–$85,000 annually
• Bonus eligibility: paid out monthly, based on performance
