Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking a General Manager for the Roseville, MN location. The role leads store operations, trains teammates, manages budgeting and guest service, and ensures safety and policy compliance. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, answer questions, and resolve guest problems and complaints
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods, turn-ratio, ordering and receiving products
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, P/L performance and factors affecting sales and profit
• Maintain and oversee building, equipment, and grounds, including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems
• Coordinate maintenance of the POS system and supervise teammates including scheduling and performance reviews
• Conduct Teammate Orientation meetings and manage staffing levels to control labor costs
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance and report incidents within 24 hours
• Open and close the store, complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork, and enforce cash controls
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention on policy compliance and report incidents as needed
• Provide coverage at other locations as directed
