Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience (preferred).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

• Ability to analyze, understand, and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and monitoring core sales metrics.
• Lead and engage the team, provide coaching and direction through training programs.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, clean service center.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to achieve business goals.
• Manage inventory and product ordering to meet business needs.
• Support guests with questions in person, electronically, or by phone.
