Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations to achieve guest satisfaction and financial targets.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and events.
• Oversee departments, brand compliance, and service standards to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Partner with ownership and asset managers to align on objectives and reporting.
