Remington Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for the Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center, a 396-room full-service property with ~109,000 sq ft of meeting space. You will provide strategic leadership, drive revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing a complex operation and a high-performing team.

The role requires a proven GM track record in large full-service hotels, with strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service hotel.
• Experience leading a 250+ room hotel with group/convention space.
• Proven success in F&B leadership within a full-service operation.
• Experience with corporate hotel operations, reporting structures, and accountability.
• Proven ability to drive engagement, communication, and financial accountability.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hotel’s executive team to deliver guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Own the P&L and develop annual budgets, forecasts, and plans.
• Drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, Catering, and Conference Services.
• Oversee operations, safety, brand compliance, and asset stewardship.
• Build partnerships with ownership and asset managers, ensuring transparency.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
