Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful General Manager experience in a full-service hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, sales, revenue performance, finance, and People & Culture.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team focused on engagement, accountability, and service excellence.
• Drive overall hotel performance by balancing guest satisfaction, associate engagement, revenue growth, profitability, and asset stewardship.
• Maintain understanding of financial performance: budgets, forecasts, P&L, labor, revenue trends, and cost controls.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and other leaders to maximize market share, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
