Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Washington, DC is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume airport foodservice operation, driving service excellence and operational integrity in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance while ensuring food safety, compliance, and brand standards, and you’ll recruit and develop a strong onsite team to sustain peak-period performance.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or senior foodservice leadership experience.
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume environments with significant foot traffic.
• Strong understanding of labor, financials, and operational KPIs.
• Strong food safety and compliance knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required airport security clearance.
