Job summary

Braum's is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, inventory control, and policy compliance to deliver a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership, a focus on coaching and achieving goals, and a commitment to safety and quality. This full-time position reports to the District Manager and offers a strong compensation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.
• Associates Degree or some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of Braum's store, including food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Monitors inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensures store policies and practices are followed.
• Leads, coaches and develops the store crew to achieve unit goals.
• Delivers an enhanced customer-centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality.
