Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily store operations, coach team members and ensure top customer service. The role manages food service, grocery and fountain sales with a focus on quality, inventory controls and policy adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license, plus the ability to work a flexible shift schedule and 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
