Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Strong client and customer service focus essential.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team delivering contracted services with hands-on operations management.
• Manages client and community relationships, assessing operations and planning improvements.
• Builds and leads a management team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Recommends service improvements and growth based on contractual needs.
• Partners with Finance to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations and records.
• Upholds Aramark standards of operation and safety policies.
