Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2–15M+ in revenue. You will lead a team across food service, facility support, custodial, retail, and more while aligning with client objectives and safety standards.

You will build strong client relationships, manage P&L, and drive labor and supply efficiencies. A strong operations background, GMP familiarity, and CPMM-type certification are preferred for this

Qualifications

• Hands-on Operations & Maintenance experience with building systems.
• 3–5 years in a facilities management site-level leadership role and managing staff.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; P&L experience required.
• Experience in GMP environments and strong safety standards preferred.
• CPMM certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct frontline associates and vendors within a mid-large IFM operation.
• Develop maintenance strategies and capital planning for O&M needs.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations, KPIs, and SOWs.
• Drive safety-first culture and reduce incident exposures.
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and procurement to optimize operations.
• Communicate with client leadership and participate in CBRS.
