Job summary

SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager for Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Taylor, MI. You will lead daily cafe operations, develop talent, and drive strong financial results while delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining high standards.

Competitive salary of $55,000 - $58,000 per year plus a performance bonus up to 1% of store sales (average $10,000) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• ServSafe Manager Certification is preferred.
• Experience managing fast-casual or multi-unit restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 15 – 25 employees.
• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage budgets, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and health compliance.
