Job summary

The Bungalow Kitchen in Tiburon, CA seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations of a fine-dining restaurant. This hands-on, strategic leader drives revenue, cost control, and an exceptional guest experience while upholding Clive Collective's standards.

You will mentor managers and hourly teams, ensure SOPs, maintain high presentation standards, and partner with culinary leadership to align FOH/BOH. Strong financial, people, and culture skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of General Manager experience in fine-dining restaurants.
• Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen and operational knowledge.
• Experience with POS, scheduling, and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Labor, COGS, and controllable expenses to targets.
• Review financial reports and create staffing schedules.
• Partner with Chef/Kitchen leadership to align FOH/BOH."
