Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of GM or similar high-volume food/beverage leadership with $5M+ sales.
• Experience with ABC laws for alcohol service.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook; POS systems experience.
• San Diego County Food Handlers card and RBS certificate.
