Job summary

The Beverage Manager at The Bungalow Kitchen will lead the beverage program, coach the bar team, and manage wine, cocktails, and nonalcoholic offerings with a guest-focused approach.

Located in Tiburon, CA, this role partners with the General Manager and culinary team to drive exceptional hospitality, controlling costs while delivering creative, seasonally-driven beverages and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous beverage or bar management experience in a high-volume, elevated dining environment.
• Strong practical wine knowledge, including California and key international regions, producers, styles, and food pairings.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, recipe costing, and beverage cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff for accountability and guest satisfaction.
• Train front-of-house staff on cocktails, wine, beer, and service standards.
• Oversee beverage ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, and vendor relationships.
