Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations and provide exceptional customer service in Durango, CO. You will drive results, manage staff, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining high store image and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management or similar leadership experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience in fast food/quick-service restaurants preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well within a team to achieve common goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
