Qualifications

• Management experience in a fast-food or quick-service setting.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive performance, including cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality.
