Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced restaurant in Tennessee. You will lead Team Members to deliver hospitality-focused service, align with the Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity, and report to the District Manager.

You will supervise Assistant Managers and shifts, manage staffing, training, and daily operations while ensuring performance and safety standards. A strong focus on budgeting, P/L, and vendor relationships is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, maintain bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and POP/menu boards installed.
• Train Team Members to use training programs for job performance.
• Open and operate restaurant during Business Hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise staff according to policies and standards.
• Develop and motivate Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform at best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and raise questions with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
