Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a fast-paced restaurant operation in Tennessee. You will lead Team Members, supervisors, and shifts to deliver hospitality-first service while managing daily operations in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise according to operations policy.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
