• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders.
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain clean dining room and guest-ready restaurant.
• Uphold food safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Drive overall financial success and annual sales targets.
• Work a schedule covering lunch, dinner, and weekends.
