Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants seeks an energetic General Manager to lead daily operations and bring the brand to life with hospitality-driven leadership. You’ll own guest experience, drive sales and profitability, and mentor a strong management team.

As the on-floor leader, you’ll ensure service excellence, uphold standards, and build a culture where guests return and employees feel valued. This role demands presence, energy, and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Requires 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
