As the leader of the restaurant, you'll have ownership of the day-to-day operation, from driving sales and profitability to developing your management team, maintaining operational standards, and creating a culture where people want to work and guests want to return. You'll be visible on the floor, engaged with your team and guests, and accountable for delivering an outstanding experience every shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting

• Tolerance for exposure to heat, steam, noise, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment safely
• Quick response to operational needs and emergency situations
