Milk & Honey by Thompson Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead on the floor and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting. This hands-on leadership role supports daily operations, coaches staff, and upholds service standards.

As part of Thompson Hospitality, you’ll work with the General Manager and leadership team to drive sales, control costs, and cultivate a positive, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.
• Leadership experience.

• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
• Requires 50-55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
