Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience.
• Ability to learn and explain complex products to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail — capable of reading drawings and building accurate quotes.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound sales opportunities across a full range of electrical equipment — substations, padmount transformers, medium voltage switchgear, UPS, ATS, and more.
• Build and deliver detailed, accurate technical proposals and quotes.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and leadership.
• Learn company quoting tools, CRM, and internal processes.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting rapid company growth.
