Gateway Hospitality LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Floyd Bennett Field, a premier Brooklyn multi-use complex for sports, entertainment, and events. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across property, drive revenue growth, expand event and group sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Lead a diverse team across operations, food & beverage, and guest services; manage budgets and safety while building community partnerships

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sports complex or multi-use venue.
• Strong financial management and revenue growth track record.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to oversee maintenance, safety, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of leadership in relevant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multi-sport and entertainment complex.
• Drive service, safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders.
• Manage budgeting, labor, and revenue across leagues and events.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with youth sports orgs and schools.
• Schedule leagues, tournaments, camps, and events for max utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
