SONIC Drive-In seeks a General Manager to lead a drive-in restaurant team, training Crew, Carhops and management, and ensuring safe, efficient food service with excellent guest experiences.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, with willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while driving business results.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) or equivalent
• Willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
• Leadership and supervisory practices; effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic accounting and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions with autonomy
• Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
• Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with policies and practices
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Prepares employee work schedules; adjusts staffing as needed
• Monitors and maintains inventory; places orders within cost control procedures
• Completes employment and payroll records
• Reinforces customer service focus and serves guests promptly
• Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervisor
• Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management staff
