Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead our drive-in team, train crew, manage schedules, monitor operations, and ensure clean, safe food service and an excellent guest experience.

You will develop staffing plans, control costs, implement marketing efforts, and hire and coach staff. A high school diploma and 2+ years in restaurant management are required, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, health and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors, and coaches crew and management staff.
• Directs staffing, scheduling, and ensures compliance with policies.
• Performs opening/closing duties and oversees inventory and payroll records.
• Develops action plans to address financial or sales trends and implements marketing plans.
