Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a General Manager, of Continuing Care for Ashby Ponds to lead dining operations, ensure exceptional resident dining experiences, and drive financial performance with a service-first culture.

You will oversee culinary operations, restaurant management, staff development, and compliance, while partnering with clinical dietitians to deliver meals that support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ multi-unit foodservice/healthcare dining management.
• Proven experience leading large teams and multiple service environments.
• Current ServSafe Certification and CDM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financials.
• Hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with the clinical dietitian and train staff on dining processes.
• Ensure the dining program complies with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored to company standards.
