Job summary

A9.com, Inc. is expanding its General Manager Development Program in the United States. You will receive one-on-one mentorship from our team of experienced leaders and engage in structured, high-quality training and feedback to accelerate your professional growth.

You will work in stores across the region, contributing to P&L management and metrics reporting while developing hands-on leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years grocery management or 4+ years retail management experience.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in GM Development Program with mentorship from leadership.
• Engage in structured training and feedback.
• Work in stores across the region to drive performance.
• Contribute to P&L management and metrics reporting.
