MOM's Organic Market is expanding and is seeking candidates for its General Manager Development Program in the Westchester County area and beyond. You will receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders and gain professional development through structured, high-quality training and feedback.

The program includes working in stores across the region and influencing P&L and metrics reporting. We look for people with a passion for hiring and developing the best employees, a laser-like focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of grocery management experience OR 4+ years in retail management
• Ability to work early and late shifts, including weekends
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Passion for hiring and developing the best employees

Responsibilities

• Participate in the General Manager Development Program with mentorship from leaders
• Complete structured training and feedback
• Work in stores across the region
• Contribute to P&L management and metrics reporting
