MOM's Organic Market in the Westchester area is seeking talented individuals to join our General Manager Development Program. You will participate in one-on-one mentorship, receive structured training, and gain hands-on leadership experience while working in stores across the region.

Candidates should bring a track record of success, a focus on customer experience, and flexibility to work early and late shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2 years grocery management experience OR 4 years retail management experience.
• Customer-focused leadership and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across stores in the region and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Drive P&L management and metrics reporting to guide decision making.
