Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in McKinney, TX seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, maximize guest experiences, and drive profitability through strong leadership and hands-on coaching.

You will oversee the management team, ensure compliance with labor codes and safety standards, manage local marketing and community involvement, and develop your team through training and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience, including restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a team through training and change.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to deliver legendary guest experiences.
• Oversee the restaurant management team with performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate local restaurant marketing and community fundraising activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
