Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and community involvement.
• Drive overall guest experience and restaurant performance.
