Papa, Inc. is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to scale its consumer business. You will own growth, marketing, and operations, partnering closely with the CEO and technology teams to deliver a scalable product and experience.

The role requires a proven track record in scaling consumer businesses, strong acquisition and analytics skills, and the ability to lead a cross-functional team in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across general management, marketing, growth, operations and related leadership.
• 0→1 mindset in ambiguous fast-moving environments.
• Strong command of customer acquisition, growth marketing, funnel optimisation and unit economics (CAC, conversion, retention).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution across growth, marketing, operations, analytics and technology.
• Track record building and scaling new businesses, products, or service lines in ambiguous environments.
• Strategic operator who sets direction and drives execution.
• Strong people leadership with scaling high-performing teams.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent executive communication and board interaction.
• Consumer marketplace or services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Consumer Business strategy and day-to-day execution across growth, marketing, and operations.
• Partner with CEO and executive team on consumer strategy and key decisions; represent business in Board discussions.
• Drive growth and marketing—acquire customers across paid media, in-house marketing, and local channels; test, learn, and optimise.
• Oversee activation, inbound support, and visit success with scalable processes for strong customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Consumer workstreams with clear priorities, owners, milestones.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to scale.
