Qualifications

• 20 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair.
• Strong knowledge of rack refrigeration, glycol chillers, and commercial cooling systems.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage field operations.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and diagnostic capabilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to work independently and make critical field decisions.

McCloskey Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Senoir HVAC/R Technician / Field Supervisor to join our Orlando team. This role requires 20+ years of proven experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration, including advanced diagnostic skills and leadership capabilities in the field.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Rack Refrigeration, and Glycol Chiller Systems, along with the ability to oversee, train, and support field technicians. The position plays a key role in maintaining project quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
