Responsibilities

• Process orders efficiently received through various channels.
• Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness; follow up on discrepancies.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory awareness for cold storage.
• Manage high volumes of emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Audit system or reports to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
