Carter Myers Automotive in Virginia is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Richmond-area dealerships and drive profitability, customer experience, and team development. The GM will oversee sales, service, parts, and finance, recruit and retain high-performing teams, and monitor performance metrics to improve results.

A stable employment history and strong leadership are required to succeed in this role.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead dealership operations and build high-performing teams. This is an opportunity to explore potential leadership opportunities across the Richmond market based on experience, background, and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving profitability, developing people, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A stable and progressive employment history is required. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.
