Off The Hook in Baton Rouge is seeking a results‑driven General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold our Cajun culture, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will mentor and coach teams, ensure food quality, safety and service standards, monitor sales and trends, execute marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with the community to grow local repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
• Monitor sales, trends, and take corrective actions to achieve financial goals
• Lead coaching and performance evaluations for team members
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers and promote brand awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with the community and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
