Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, hire and develop teams, uphold hospitality standards, and drive a profitable business.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, food safety, and guest experience while delivering on sales forecasts and a guest-obsessed culture. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Must have prior restaurant management experience including scheduling, P&L management and food safety.
• Experience with sales forecasting and recruiting is required.
