Job summary

Blank Street is hiring a General Manager in Boston to own store operations, lead a hospitality-focused team, and drive performance across training, scheduling, and quality control.

You will recruit talent, manage inventory and labor costs, uphold food and beverage standards, and contribute to local brand growth. Expected full-time schedule includes weekend availability; salary range of $70,000–$80,000 with health benefits and time off.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store unit operations in high growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Full Time availability: 45 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (usually weekend days).
• Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with details provided by Blank Street.
• 15 days of paid annual leave (on top of holidays and sick time).

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture by training, coaching, and mentoring your team.
• Cover scheduling gaps and publish staff schedules according to labor laws.
• Review and approve timecards and PTO to ensure accurate payment.
• Recruit top talent in collaboration with the People Team.
• Oversee and coach training for Shift Leads and ensure quality standards.
