Job summary

RNR Tire Express in Charleston, SC, is seeking a self-motivated General Manager / Automotive to lead the store, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, set goals, and mentor a staff of 8–12 employees.

During training you’ll earn 50,000–70,000 annually with a $3,000 sign-on bonus; after training, top performers can earn up to 130,000 annually including bonuses. This role includes comprehensive benefits and a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Vacation schedule: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, and 3 weeks after 7 years.
