Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proven financial and business acumen with P&L awareness.
• Ability to manage schedules, coaching, and performance mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and engage store team members.
• Oversee inventory, operations, and safety standards.
• Serve as manager on duty, including floor, phone, and task supervision.
• Lead change management and drive process improvements.
• Provide DIY services such as battery and wiper installations when needed.
