Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to drive store sales and service excellence. You will lead a team, manage Professional Customer relationships, and ensure inventory and operational standards are met.

The role requires strong communication, financial acumen, and ability to work 50-55 hours weekly with weekends and nights as needed. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience managing profitability and strong financial acumen.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule store Team Members.
• Oversee inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on-duty coaching, safety, and task assignment.
