Job summary

Classic Collision Fridley Repair Center is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and mentor the team. The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and strong customer focus, with travel up to 25% and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collision repair / auto body management experience REQUIRED.
• Proven leadership and track record of employee development.
• Ability to read and understand financial P&L statements required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
• Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and financial results, mentoring direct reports.
• Manage staff performance and pursue Recipe Book execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolving issues.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff as required.
• Coordinate with insurance contacts and referral points; engage in external marketing.
