The role requires a thoughtful leader with strong decision-making, weekend availability, and a proven track record in operations management; you will develop staff and maximize profits while ensuring safety and fun.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays; up to 50 hours weekly.

• Provide solutions to issues (sales loss, profit decline, staffing conflicts).
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safety compliance.
