Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a General Manager of Shuttle Operations for the DFW Airport. You will oversee 135 employees, drive operational excellence, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service across 24/7 shuttle operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team including managers, supervisors, dispatchers, drivers, and attendants while collaborating with airport stakeholders to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Class B License preferred.
• Passenger endorsement and medical certificate required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 8+ years of experience in a management role, preferably with shuttle/transportation operations.
• Experience supervising a shuttle program with Class B drivers.
• Experience with DOT inspections/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a large team of employees including managers, supervisors, dispatchers, drivers and customer service reps.
• Oversee shuttle services to meet SLAs and client expectations while maintaining safety and quality.
• Manage shuttle financials, reports, and operational reviews daily/weekly/monthly.
• Collaborate with the Airport Manager on strategic shuttle initiatives and projects.
• Plan routes and schedules aligned with flight operations and customer needs.
