Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking a General Manager - AI Lead to drive the company’s AI strategy across North American operations, including the Northville, MI and Plano, TX sites.

You will oversee AI initiatives, governance, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. The role requires 10+ years in technology leadership, strong understanding of AI, analytics, and governance, and experience in large-scale transformation programs within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, operations, or business management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional deployment of AI tools and initiatives across North American facilities.
• Create and lead AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and executive alignment to drive business value.
• Lead AI transformation by prioritizing high-value use cases and improving operational efficiency.
• Evaluate, implement, and scale secure AI technologies while collaborating with IT, data, cybersecurity, and DX teams.
• Lead cross-functional AI teams and manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure responsible AI use by monitoring regulations and maintaining compliance.
