Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in CS, EE, AI, ML, or related technical field.
- Experience deploying AI solutions into embedded automotive environments.
- Proven ability to lead the transition from classical software development methods to AI-assisted development approaches.
- Experience with the V-model automotive development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication across engineering teams and leadership levels.
- 5+ years in automotive software/embedded systems; 1+ year AI integration; 3+ years leading global projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the regional strategy for the use of AI across roles, functions, and development processes.
- Lead and coach associates through the transition into AI-assisted roles and tools.
- Advise on AI-related investments, organization development, and capability building.
- Collaborate with US locations and global teams on AI capabilities integration.
- Create concepts and architectures for deploying AI into Bosch performance computers.
- Support acquisition activities with technical expertise on AI software and embedded AI.
- Drive alignment between software, embedded systems, AI, validation, and product management.
- Promote scalable processes, tools, and best practices for AI-enabled software development.
