Position Summary

The DX Strategy Innovation General Manager is responsible for developing and executing AISIN’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy to drive business growth, operational improvements, innovation, and competitive advantage. This role will oversee AI initiatives across functions, align AI investments with business objectives, and ensure the responsible deployment of AI technologies. It requires a combination of business leadership, technology expertise, change management, and strategic vision.

• Oversee the management and support of Regional Deployment of Co-Pilot and other AI tools to AISIN and other North American facilities.
• Strategic Leadership - Create and Lead AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and executive alignment to drive business value and responsible innovation.
• Business Transformation - Lead AI transformation by prioritizing high-value use cases, improving operational efficiency, and measuring business impact.
• Technology & Innovation - Evaluate, implement, and scale secure AI technologies while partnering with IT, data, cybersecurity, and digital teams to build enterprise capabilities.
• Team Leadership - Lead cross-functional AI teams, foster innovation, develop talent, and manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Risk Management & Governance - Ensure responsible AI use by monitoring regulations, managing deployment risks, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards.
• Manage DX Innovation personnel through effective guidance, mentoring and conducting required performance assessments.
• Oversee regional DX-Innovation projects, and other tasks as assigned to the DX-Innovation department.
• Create and manage the annual DX-Innovation expense & fixed asset budget planning.
• Conduct regular operational meetings to ensure that daily activities and projects are being managed and monitored.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sites through effective support and guidance.
• Provide DX-Innovation related advice to the regional business management team.
• Oversee critical situations, which may involve complex technical problems with AI solutions, Microsoft Fabric, or other new technologies.
• Work closely with system engineering and DX infrastructure, security, and application service teams to further the push to standardization.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of Leadership experience in Technology, Digital Transformation, Operations, or Business Management.
• 5+ years of experience leading AI, advanced analytics, machine learning, or data-driven initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong organization, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with DX-Strategy stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and analytics.
• Proven proficiency in managing large teams and delivering high-quality services.
• Leading personnel, performance assessments, training, and mentoring.
• Experience supporting a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing and interacting with DX-Innovation related vendors.
• Proven experience contributing to DX-Innovation strategic planning initiatives.
• Excellent verbal, administrative and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
